Recently, ProfessorChaoying Ni from the University of Delaware was invited to give lectures in our college. Professor Ni reported In-situ Electron Microscopy Analysis of Material Structure and Properties. Through pictures and examples, he explained some of his research and results, including the application of modern electron microscopy in materials science, oxide nanostructures and functions, surface and interface catalysis, advanced composite materials and so on. At the end of the report, Professor Ni discussed with the teachers and students on the spot anddetailedly answered their questions.
